We endeavour to produce all products with a "quality-first" approach and offer a wide array of beer styles that appeal to casual beer drinkers and seasoned connoisseurs alike. Our brewery’s equipment has been sourced from several North American and European manufacturers, including Canadian 35hL and 5hL brewhouses, German bottling lines, and custom made French oak foeders.
