I am a photographer and have experience in weddings and events, commercial and fine art photography sales. Photography is an art form and, as with other mediums, can be used to develop an image for many different clients in many varied forms. Shooting such a wide variety of subjects means I am able to pull on a vast range of experience and to capture something a little different. Because after all, it’s your difference that make you stand out! Commercial: The clients I work for are looking for food, products, editorial or interior photography. While based in Gloucestershire, we’ll cover the South West and shoot nationally should a client require it. We have experience in both studio and location photography of food, interiors, products and editorial photography. We operate largely but not exclusively in Gloucester, Bristol, Bath and Swindon with clients as far afield as Sri Lanka, New York and Crete. Weddings: The ability to stop time for a fraction of a second - to capture an unrepeatable moment between two people, or simply an expression - is what motivates my image making. At weddings, by adopting a quiet and subtle approach, even down to the shoes I wear and the cameras I use, the record of your day will be real. The wedding photographs I capture for you are of a guest’s-eye view of your special day, and will be a beautiful aide-memoire for many happy years to come. Something you both built together. I can't honestly say 'nothing I shoot is set-up' as some of the time there needs to be an element of organisation for some parts of the day. However, experience has taught me that around these, the simplest natural moments present themselves and that's where the real 'keepers' come from.
