Riipinen Restaurants has served Ruka Ski Resort customers with delicious food delivered with warmth and hospitality. Founded by Paavo Riipinen with the opening of Pizzeria Ruka in 1988, the company is today leaded by next generation family entrepreneur Henrik Riipinen. The company operates nowadays five restaurants in Ruka-Kuusamo area: Pizzeria Ruka, RUOK Burger, Kotipizza Ruka, Subway Ruka and Subway Kuusamo Prisma. We believe that the greatest factor in the success of a business is the people.
