Midlands Tooling (MTSI) is a one-stop industrial shop, specializing in precision machining, fabrication and laser production items. MTSI provides in-house design and prototype engineering services in tandem with a modern industrial machining facility for small to medium-run fabrication, machining, and building. MTSI supports every variety of client, from regional and large industrial companies to small businesses and individuals. MTSI was founded by president/owner David Woolard in 1994.
