The concept behind The Homeowner Link is quite simple. We created an app that bridges the gap between the real estate industry and the home staging industry, allowing both parties to operate, communicate and be active on the same platform. Realtors have the ability to upload media content (photos/videos) of listings and request various staging services (outlined below) direct from their listing appointments. After submission, they can then select a stager that meets their criteria. Home stagers have the ability to bid on projects located in their areas using the app as a lead generator, allowing increased revenue for their business.
