On February 1, 2022, ICS was acquired by Baker Hughes and works closely with the CCUS team of the Turbomachinery and Process Solutions group. ICS was formed to develop and commercialize industrial process technologies to eliminate greenhouse gas emissions, primarily focused on gas-liquid mass transfer equipment using Regenerative Froth Contactor technology. We work with channel partners, including engineering firms, project developers, systems integrators, and OEMs, to incorporate our absorber and reactor products into projects.
