The entire construction industry and the masonry trade, in particular, face significant challenges in finding and keeping skilled labor. There are simply too few qualified and experienced craftsmen to meet the expanding construction demands right now and in the near future. We are working to re-brand the image of the construction industry, but much more needs to be done to attract, train, and sustain a new generation of workers in the masonry industry.
