Livingstone Partners (“Livingstone” or the “Company”) is a New York based property company which sources and manages investment properties for our clients. The Company was founded to capitalize on the high net rental yields in Western New York State, specifically the metropolitan area of Buffalo. Livingstone focuses on single family properties which are rented almost exclusively to government assisted (“Section 8”) tenants. We aim to provide a total service package through the client ownership of the property, not just through the purchase transaction.
