High Mesa Consulting Group (HMCG) is an Albuquerque based New Mexico Corporation founded in 1977. Parent companies include Goldberg-Mann and Associates, Inc. (1977-1980), Tom Mann and Associates, Inc. (1980-1988), and Jeff Mortensen & Associates, Inc. (1988-2007). Over this 37 year history, the Firm has shown continuous growth while establishing a record of civil engineering and surveying excellence combined with business responsibility. These qualities have been combined with a high level of professional integrity and dependability. The majority of our current activities center around providing professional services to institutional and municipal clients throughout the State of New Mexico. Additionally, we provide civil engineering and surveying services in the land development arena. The staff of HMCG collectively offers many years of experience in the fields of civil engineering and surveying. This background of valued experience enables HMCG to offer its clients diversified professional services. HMCG is organized to serve its clients with sound, up-to-date engineering and surveying principles and practices. Clients include educational institutions, architects, realtors, land developers, private citizens, municipalities and county, state and federal agencies. Projects are approached with knowledgeable creativity in order to provide the client with maximum economic and construction practicality while striving to attain desired aesthetic qualities. We pride ourselves in being able to handle small, medium and large projects. We approach all projects, regardless of size, with a high degree of enthusiasm and importance. HMCG currently employs a staff of 16, including principals. Each is qualified in their own areas of expertise. Many of the personnel have been employed by HMCG for a substantial period of time enhancing our ability to work together as a unit with a desired degree of stability and knowledge of one another.
