Our goals are to... - enhance the overall hockey experience for youth, female athletes by partnering with like-minded programs to build a competitive schedule that geographically benefits all league members. - support the growth and development of programs at the grassroots level by building a platform of support, and guidance for all of its members. - promote the advancement of elite players to the collegiate level. - foster opportunities for women to pursue a career in hockey with the goal of ultimately becoming leaders within the league and member organizations.
