The Federal Circuit Bar Journal ("FCBJ") is the official journal of the Federal Circuit Bar Association, housed within The George Washington University Law School. FCBJ publishes scholarly articles, essays, and student notes pertinent to issues within the jurisdiction of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
