We are cacao growers and chocolate makers. Starting from the very pods we ferment and dry our fruits into highly distinctive beans and semi-finished cacao products. Our parent company, Rizek Cacao, has been providing beans to the best chocolate makers worldwide since 1906 and we have been making our own chocolate since 2007. Kah Kow is now offering less than container load ingredients for artisan chocolate makers. Thanks to a century long family legacy in the production of fine aromatic cacao we have been able to create a range of exquisite chocolates, produced in limited quantities using a process similar to that employed by the best European artisan chocolatiers. Our creativity, talent, and experience on gathering the best ingredients allow us to create our base recipes: 55%, 62%, 70%, 82% and 100%. Kah Kow was introduced to the local market in 2011, its acceptation and growth allowed us to open our first store in Dominican Republic in 2012, a place to expose chocolate creations and promote its culture to the heart of the Dominicans. In 2013, we introduced the chocolate to the United States and started shipping to and from the US. We have full control of the production from the selection of the fruits to the final product. It is with great pride that we offer you this fine chocolate made by Dominican hands.
