These include commercial law, wrongful dismissal, personal injury, bankruptcy, estates litigation, family law, international law, malpractice, real estate, constitutional law, and administrative law. This experience includes representing clients in countless trials, appeals, motions, and applications filed in various courts, including Ontario's provincial courts, superior courts, Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. In addition to representing clients in many court proceedings, Paul Dollak's advocacy experience includes appearing before panelists of the Ontario Insurance Commission, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, and the Employment Standards Branch of the Ministry of Labour. Paul Dollak also has considerable experience and expertise helping clients resolve matters outside of the confines of traditional litigation using alternative methods of dispute resolution. He has published several articles about A.D.R., acted as a mediator, and represented clients in countless arbitrations and mediations. In addition, he has acted as counsel in some of the country's leading cases dealing with the rights and remedies available to parties who have agreed to use A.D.R. to resolve their disputes.
