The LCR

www.thelcr.com

The LCR, Left Center Right, is a digital publication that showcases different perspectives on social and political issues. We give select individuals with varying perspectives a voice to discuss their viewpoints without fear of retribution from friends, family, or the workplace, where issues of race and politics can quickly become contentious. LCR does this through a level of anonymity, which allows our contributors to truly verbalize their genuine thoughts on a variety of topics that affect them and all of our subscribers in an intelligent and well thought out manner. We believe that social progress and success, whether on main street or Wall Street, is best achieved when we take the time to listen and understand opposing views. Ideological differences, uncompromising positions, and an unwillingness to promote inclusion of everyone’s thoughts and abilities to solve complex problems will only create greater divide. This divide is ultimately detrimental to having efficient and compassionate communities, and poses a threat to revenue growth for organizations that fail to promote inclusive practices as part of their mission. Through unique perspectives, we seek to strengthen and improve communities, by creating a dialogue regarding tough issues that inevitably impact everyone, regardless of race, gender, political, socioeconomic, or professional lines. We consider The LCR a social enterprise – we donate a percentage of our proceeds to charity.
