The Latin American Alliance for Responsible Nutrition (ALANUR) is the first association of food supplements in Latin America, founded in 2011 with the aim of creating a political and regulatory framework that ensures responsible access of food supplements and ingredients in the region. ALANUR works to build a platform where authorities, regulators, academics, the private sector and other experts can exchange information, experiences and perspectives on the use, regulation and scientific trends of food supplements and their ingredients.
