Maskan Investment Company (holding) is the largest Developer and Home Builder company in Iran. This Company besides experience in mass construction of house, has valuable experiences in construction of residential complexes, high-rises, commercial-administrative complexes, preparation of land and execution of water transfer pipelines, roads and highways. This company was established with the initial capital of ten billion rials by Maskan Bank in Tehran in April 1990. With the expansion of the company’s activities and with regard to macro policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the company was changed from private Joint Stock into public Joint Stock, upon approval by the general assembly in 2003-2004, and the company’s capital increased to one thousand billion rials upon admittance into the stock market in 2004-2005 and it has been raised to 5500 billion rial at now. The company has managed to receive the international license of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2015) from Moody International.
