The Conscious Capitalism Institute (CCI) is a non-profit organization founded to advance the understanding and implementation of the principles of Conscious Capitalism in all forms of business and social organizations. The mission of the CCI is to be the primary knowledge hub for the conscious capitalism movement, focused on original research and best practices in high performance organizational leadership. CCI focuses on researching, refining and propagating “conscious” business principles and practices and illuminating business models that join and align stakeholder interests in a truly synergistic fashion. THE THREE PILLARS OF CCI RESEARCH Arm the movement with facts and thought leadership via the promotion of rigorous and relevant research in Conscious Capitalism 2)Highlight the work, policies, histories and challenges of exemplar CC organizations and projects in a global Case Bank. EDUCATE 1) Develop and freely disseminate effective teaching materials, cases, video content and management simulation exercises on Conscious Capitalism. 2)Promote initiatives to inculcate CC principles and practices into curricula at all levels. 3)Create an Academic Consortium to deliver the CC curriculum at educational institutions worldwide. TRAIN 1)Conduct Capacity development workshops for faculty who will deliver the CC curriculum. 2)Coordinate/Enable delivery of stakeholder diagnostic and related advisory services to aspiring firms through a panel of accredited providers.
