Incorporated in 1999 and registered with Ontario Artistic Swimming, York is committed to developing, promoting and supporting the pursuit of excellence, in artistic swimming and in life. York Synchro provides young swimmers with an opportunity to mix their passion for dance, gymnastics and swimming. Working together as a team to develop and deliver a routine, girls develop a sense of camaraderie and team spirit while developing their personal confidence, grace and pride – not to mention the high level of physical fitness that athletes acquire through the sport. Respect, cooperation, commitment and above all, good sportsmanship are core values instilled in all synchronized swimmers.
