Subscribing to the theory that change starts when personal stories are shared, We Belong is showcasing and amplifying the voices of people of diverse backgrounds across Europe, targetting women specifically. Representation matters and inspires, as well as forces our listeners and their environment to engage in sometimes difficult conversations about how Europe could do better still regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) issues. WeBelong Europe directly contributes to a more tolerant public sphere, as well as enabling minority-groups to actualise their potential.
