Professional accreditations held by CCS personnel include: AVS, CCP, LEED, PE, PMP, and RICS. In addition to cost estimating, CORE provides cost controls, lump sum bidding, scheduling, life cycle cost analysis, change order evaluation, litigation support, claims analysis and value engineering.
