The delicious story behind Catalina Food Tours: Catalina Food Tours was born in the fall of 2012 and is a family-run company. Our owner, Erin, was inspired by the Catalina Island Chamber-sponsored event where visitors and locals alike mingle around town and taste sample menus from various restaurants. Having taken other food tours around the country, Erin wanted to bring this tasty experience to Avalon for others to enjoy year-round. We offer the Avalon Tasting and Cultural Walking Tour and the Catalina Happy Hour Tour. We're happy to create a private or customized tour to suit your needs that is perfect for corporate groups, team building functions, and networking groups.
