At PACS, we nurture food security by collaborating with food pantries and meal providers in the Phoenixville community. Since 1972, we have worked to combat food insecurity by helping people get through difficult or challenging periods in their lives. PACS Mission: The mission of Phoenixville Area Community Services is to aspire to be the lead resource for food insecurity in the community.
