Our specialty is working as interim CIO or programme director in a responsible Business/IT function. - In our change management practice we quickly prepare quarters, and define the context for change (stakeholders, governance, vision). Next we will implement the change in a powerful way, and anchor the change so it will last. - As programme manager we ensure strong and powerful leadership for a portfolio, program or project. We use leading agile and project management methods, like MSP, Lean, SaFe, Prince2, IPMA and Scrum, and have extensive experience with working by means of projects.
