Kriya Yoga Ashram Association is born from the idea of offering a complete yogic sadhana mixing a strong asana practice based on hatha vinyasa, with the profound tecniques of Kriya Yoga, as transmitted by the Great Indian Master Paramahansa Yogananda and his living disciple Roy Eugene Davis. Outer practices of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga enable to purify and reinforce physical body, giving incomparable health and stamina and enabling the body to receive metabolize the enormous quantity of energy produced by the intense Kriya Yoga tecniques. Other aspects of yoga are taken into due account too, such the study of ancient texts, mantra repetition, energization exercises (Yogoda) and devotional chants (kirtan).
