Optimal Medical Staffing was established in 1998 to provide healthcare staffing to hospitals throughout Michigan in departments such as ER, OR, ICU and Med/Surg. We now also have a comprehensive home care division providing care to individuals with brain injury, spinal cord injury, neuromuscular conditions, dementia and other chronic medical conditions. Our mission is to provide the highest possible quality of patient care, the highest possible level of customer service and the best possible working environment. We employ RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Respiratory Therapists and Surgical Techs for our facility staffing division. For our Home Care division, we employ Home Health Aides, CNAs, RNs and LPNs.
