As a result, Stu has worked on over 70 of the current Fortune 500 and his primary focus for well over a decade has been the Carolinas. The nature of his multistate and Carolinas’ work has included controversy, refund claims, nexus studies, transaction consulting, restructuring, voluntary disclosure agreements, legislative monitoring and reserve analysis.
