Blair was born in Belleville, Ontario and has spent the last 18 years completing projects in residential, commercial and oilfield environments. Blair manages the field operations side of the business. Blair's passion is earthworks. With half a lifetime of experience, he is not only highly skilled in what he does, but approaches each project with fairness and an open mind.
