This involves the provision of the following products and services: consultancy advice on the availability and accessibility of data within primary care data specifications - a set of clinical code groups and logical business rules for implementation within a software solution for data extraction, reporting and messaging purposes - enabling a standardised approach to data collection and reporting tooling for use within GP clinical information systems, including system searches, data entry templates, and targeted alerts to support routine and opportunistic interventions tooling that processes the data output from system searches in the form of tables, charts, visual representations, graphs, and other styles designed to help GP practices quickly understand how to improve, measure, and monitor patient care comparative analysis services, enabling GP practices to compare their data with other practices in their locality, region or nationally training and educational resources to support quality improvement activities in general practice
