3twenty Modular

www.3twenty.ca

3twenty is a leading designer and builder of projects utilizing a prefab building process. We are focused on delivering high quality commercial, institutional and educational projects. We are innovators. We are designers. We are engineers. We are builders. Our Story 3twenty was born out of a business plan competition at the University of Saskatchewan; co-founders Evan Willoughby and Bryan McCrea set out to re-purpose shipping containers into offices and camps for the industrial markets. After appearing on CBC Television’s Dragons’ Den, the entrepreneurs attracted the investment and partnership of Calgary-based investor W. Brett Wilson. Our company experienced some early successes, such as building Canada’s first shipping-container based workforce camp for a gold mining company in northern Saskatchewan. After three years building container-based buildings, we realized that 3twenty was operating in a niche market, and that in order to grow, we would need to diversify both in product and industry. In 2015, we pursued our first school portable classroom contract, which would mark a major turning point for 3twenty. Since then, our company has pivoted to solely focus on permanent and semi-permanent prefab buildings. 3twenty has evolved into a general contractor, delivering projects using a modular building process. We employ over 50 full time staff, build in Saskatoon and ship all over Canada.
