Red House has been awarded Best of Houzz 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2020 for Customer Satisfaction and Best of Houzz 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2020 for Design. We have also received recognition for winning Gold level, Contractor of the Year (CotY) in 2015, 2016, and 2018. In 2019, Red House was awarded the Chrysalis Award in the category of Historic Home Renovation. We work as a frame to finish Design-Build-Remodel firm, utilizing a lean and efficient crew. Partnering with our clients, we design and build visionary spaces that meet the particular needs of today while considering evolving uses of tomorrow. By managing design in-house, Red House is able to guide a project's aesthetic direction consistently with the house or surroundings, helping to appreciate the past while updating for the future. Red House works in collaboration with a team of highly skilled and dedicated craftspeople from across the construction industry. We specialize in fabricating and installing the highest quality custom products possible. We called the company Red House after William Morris’ and Philip Webb’s Red House, what was called the first private house and “the beautifullest place on earth”. The design and the function of the house and grounds weighed equally in the eyes of the designer and architect.
