Venture Funding Network Alliance

www.vfna.org

Venture Funding Network Alliance (VFNA), a national nonprofit organization, provides a platform for strategic partnership of major corporations, government agencies and non-profit organizations. We share a commitment and a stake in the development and sustainability of strong financially viable small business sector Diverse Business Enterprise (DBE) suppliers. Lack of access to capital is a serious, national issue facing minority, women and veteran owned business enterprises. This increasing lack of access affects their ability to be financially viable suppliers for corporate and government contract opportunities. Unfortunately, recent data indicates that access to capital for DBEs is trending downward. This trend must be reversed. The Venture Funding Network Alliance mission is to advocate for private investment and funding of Diverse Business Enterprises to stimulate business growth and to create stronger connections with investors, vendors and contractors. VFNA brings together small and mid-sized DBE business owners with investors, lenders, advisors, business leaders, and other diverse financial resource providers from across the country for the purpose of helping DBE businesses increase their access to capital.
