Our principals and employees are encouraged to act like stakeholders and are incentivized in line with our investors. Our compensation policy is tied to the firm's profitability which in turn is linked to the returns we deliver. It is designed to comply with industry best practice with a view to balance short-term compensation cycles with the long-term objective and success of the firm and our investors.
