This vision became a reality at our first-ever Jaya Grocer outlet, which was brought to life at Jaya 33 in Petaling Jaya. The mission of this easily accessible, mid-to-high tier premium grocer was to serve the families in Section 14 and the surrounding areas. At the time, we were one of the only Malaysian-based premium grocers with a wide range of imported fresh produce and household goods, serving local communities with each subsequent branch that we opened. Over time, Jaya Grocer became more than just the local premium grocer in town. We now have over 36 outlets in Peninsular Malaysia, a fast-growing online delivery service, and the aspiration to open many more outlets in the years to come.
