I have also led two start-up companies to successfully achieve their goals. Hiromi Yokoi, Partner Leading international marketing efforts, financial marketing analysis and as a marketing and sales Project Manager, Hiromi became known as a result oriented professional. Combining her professional experience combined with Six Sigma certification and PMP training, resulted in her development of the Implementation Roadmap Process™ (IRP). IRP ensures alignment of implementation to developed strategies by integrating budget modeling, resource alignment and metric/ROI measures.
