Founded in 1986 and based in Eastern Virginia, Independence Construction Co. of VA (ICV) has designed, renovated, and developed a wide range of construction projects throughout the United States. We are a proud member of the U.S. Green Building Council and believe that buildings should be built or retrofitted whenever possible in an environmentally sensitive way. ICV is a nationally capable brand with a local touch. We have completed work in 44 states. Travel is part of what we do.
