Learning Snippets is a new subscription-based microlearning service that delivers quick and effective learning for busy professionals. Diversity and Inclusion is a complex and multifaceted topic that can’t be effectively taught in a one-hour traditional classroom style session. Learning Snippets delivers the equivalent of up to a typical course on Diversity and Inclusion in 20 brief 5 minute lessons. What makes Learning Snippets different? FLEXIBLE Learners can use a laptop, tablet, or smartphone to complete lessons on their own schedule, so they don’t have to sacrifice valuable working hours to complete a course. LASTING Spaced microlearning has been shown to be far more effective and long-lasting than traditional in-person or online learning programs. Conse- quential reasoning and critical thinking are core to each scenario response, making the learning meaningful. SNACK-SIZED Each scenario-based lesson can be completed in 5 minutes or less.
