GKSD esco is a GKSD operating company that provides business services to the energy sector. The Company guarantees energy savings and same-level energy provision services at lower costs. Our performance guarantee can take several forms, such as being centred around the actual flow of energy savings from a given project, stipulating that energy savings will be sufficient to repay monthly debt service costs, or that the same level of energy service can be provided more cheaply. GKSD ESCo can ultimately finance, or assist in arranging financing for the operation of an energy system by providing a savings guarantee. GKSD ESCo offers energy services that include implementing energy-efficiency projects (and renewable energy projects) on a turn-key basis.
