My name is Raul Polo Jay, I started my journey pursuing a career at sea as a Cargo Ship Navigation officer, later on, I moved into Photography and worked as a Cruise Ship Photographer, Lab Tech, and Manager at the beginning '90s with Carnival Cruise, also with The Image Group on Royal Caribbean and Windstar Cruises. I founded Selective Crtew in 2009 with my wife and partner, our Recruiting Agency Selective Crew, sourcing photographers for the Image Group, the following year we added two retail concessions Starboard Cruise Services and Dufry Cruise Services. Now have we another Photography and Retail Concession in our list of clients. As a previous Crew Member I have the expertise to spot out the right candidate for the onboard lifestyle and also guide them through the whole embarking process. Here at Selective Crew, we don’t charge or receive any type of compensation from our Candidates, we adhere to ethics and always look out for the benefit of our Crew Members.
