Together, we promote respectful conflict resolution for families going through separation, divorce, or re-partnering. Our members assist clients through their own, individual practices. Collaborative Divorce is a team-based approach that offers a safe and open way for spouses to work through their parenting and financial issues, protect their family’s best interests, improve communication, and avoid lengthy and adversarial court battles. Affiliated with the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the Ontario Association of Collaborative Professionals, Collaborative Divorce Toronto's mandate is to facilitate the exchange of information and resources between Collaborative professionals, provide Collaborative training to our members, promote the Collaborative services of our members, and assist in public awareness.
