Our mission at the Rochester Gymnastics Academy is to provide the highest quality of gymnastics instruction to children of all ages and skill levels. The balance, coordination, flexibility, and concentration that children learn in their gymnastics classes will help them to succeed either as advanced level gymnasts or in any physical activity they choose to pursue. Our dedicated and experienced instructors and brand-new, state-of-the-art facility will ensure that each child enjoys learning gymnastics in a safe, fun, challenging, and positive environment.
