Being a father is really hard. Actually, I should say that being a great father is really hard. 2centdad was started to encourage and to unite dad’s that desire to take their role seriously, to have a plan and to be engaged. It all started when I (Mike Sudyk) first became a father and realized there was not a lot out there to help me with the balance of being an intentional father and growing a business. The word “balance” does not really do it justice anyhow, things are rarely balanced it seems. I know that I didn’t want to sacrifice my family on the altar of success like I had seen some people ahead of me do (and I still don’t). The problem was that there was no one talking about this, perhaps because it is not easy and most fail along the way.
