Mas (la grillade) is a fine dining, farm to table restaurant located in the West Village of New York City. James Beard Award wining Chef Galen Zamarra has created a seasonal menu of local produce, meats, and fish cooked solely over fires made from hardwoods, such as apple, oak, cherry, and maple. Open for lunch daily 11:30 am to 2:30pm and dinner nightly from 6pm to 11:30pm. Reservations are highly recommended. Available for private parties.
