Along with upgraded facility we also have a large group of experienced employees who have been blasting and painting for 10+ years, so no matter the job we will be able to complete it. At QBC we can process all varieties of job sizes, using the Automated Blast Line for smaller pieces and for larger bridge girders, beams, ext. we would blast by hand providing us with the ability to use a large number of blast media such as sand, shot, ext. in order to create the required profile. Once the steel has been checked for the correct surface preparation our knowledgeable painters will apply the desired paint system.
