I believe EVERY business deserves a customized set of solutions. It doesn’t matter if you are a bootstrapped Entrepreneur who is investing in their passion or a Fortune 500 C-Suite Executive who is seeking a return on the investment into technology or human capital. There are far too many solutions looking for a problem rather than sovling problems with the technology you already have. If we get down to the root cause, I’ve discovered that performance gaps are caused more from psychological limitations and perceptions, not because of access to resources. Too many professionals are working with outdated systems imposed by uneducated superiors. Old school playbooks are peripheral and not processed into pictures which tell the story for how the customer wants to be served. And why invest in training that trains the wrong people to use the wrong systems, following the wrong process? Because that’s far too easy than taking corrective action.
