Lawrence “Larry” R. Anderson, Jr. has concentrated his practice of law in the areas of bankruptcy (debtor and creditor), hail damage insurance claims, successions, and wills, heavy trucker downtime damage claims, construction claims, business reorganization, sales, formation, and litigation, real estate litigation, foreclosures, collections, and commercial law and litigation. Mr. Anderson has had extensive experience in the courts in Louisiana, including the state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, involving trials and appeals of many different legal issues. He has been a frequent lecturer at seminars on bankruptcy, foreclosure, collections, and insolvency-related legal issues. Early in his career, he built his reputation on representing debtors and creditors in Chapter 11, 13, and 7 bankruptcy cases.
