Sharon Gollan Associates (SGA) is an independent business that provides specialist and professional services to not-for-profit organisations, charities, community businesses and public sector agencies. The business concentrates directly on giving a voice to the lived experience of local people, building up knowledge of the third sector generally, and capacity- building issues specifically. We work across the spectrum of activity in not-for-profit agencies from the smallest volunteer run charity to large public sector agencies. We help people to solve problems, achieve greater effectiveness and introduce new ideas and ways of doing things to their projects and organisations. We do this through looking at better ways of planning, managing, governing and evaluating.
