On 10 August 2011 Lyte Recruitment Services (Est. 2003) became known as Lyte Talent Solutions. The announcement of a brand repositioning, including a new name, logo, and corporate style, reflects our growth on the market and coincides with our new company development strategy. Lyte Talent Solutions focuses on search, selection and assessment of mid-level talent. “On today’s market the model of a leader is a company which was able to find and adapt talented people, creating innovative culture.” Lyte Talent Solutions partner, Nana Matetskaya says – “And we assist companies in accomplishing these feats.
